But its easier if all reflect on whatever force makes you feel less than you truly are.

Be it romantic or simply platonic

Some love can present as a haunting of the should haves could haves and would haves

Love for self

So deep without compromise is it toxic or is it boundaries

I lean to the thought of boundaries in a refusal of self sacrifice for another

So then begs the question is the love real?

I often encounter those willing to give all of themselves for another.

I too have been that version of self

That version was not good for my health so attunement to self raises the bar
